Fighters Circuits are great fun, friendly and have a great atmosphere.
The sessions will push you to the max but are controlled by you. You won’t be pushed so hard that you break, but you will be pushed to challenge yourself each and every time you come.
I provide a wide variety of equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, wall balls, slam balls, plyometric boxes, battle ropes, sandbags and much more. Each session contains a variety of training methods and sessions that are fresh every week; So you never know what you are going to face.
