“I have been training with Will for over a year now. I train weekly in 1-1 sessions and I also attends a Wednesday night bootcamp when I can. I think Will himself is a great trainer who keeps me motivated and keeps the sessions fun and interesting. The sessions are never exactly the same and I feel this is great to keep you on ya toes and keeps them interesting. “I’ve been attending training for a little under a year with Willpower Bootcamps and highly recommend them. Before staring the sessions i never had the confidence to do very much exercise / training especially in community venues like gyms or local parks. The way will plans and delivers his Bootcamps has had a really big influence in my confidence boost. The sessions include people of all abilities however everyone is doing the same training at their own pace without being made to feel bad if they can not keep up with others. As well as my confidence I have lost a great deal of weight, I feel a million times fitter and the results show this especially in Wills 4 weekly fitness tests. I’m am both seeing and feeling my progress. As a trainer will is supportive, motivational, really knowledgable at what he delivers as well as creative at how he delivers his work. “Will’s passion for his work is easy to see, from the first moment you meet him. If you have never done any exercise before, just getting back into it or already very fit, he has the knowledge to help you improve. I personally find his classes push me to my limits each week, but this is achieved through positivity on Wills part along with some great banter. I have seen amazing results and a constantly surprised at just what can be achieved. It can be daunting making that initial contact to change your life, but I would definitely say make the effort, it’s worth it!”
