So the kids are back to school and although for me the last 6 weeks have flown by i’m sure there are parents out there that have been pulling their hair out for the most part. We all know that the Summer was poor but did everyone get what they wanted to out of it? Did you manage to go running along the beautiful Eastbourne seafront? Or did you get to that outdoor fitness session that your friends tell you about? Outdoor fitness sessions are fantastic when the weather is great but pretty miserable for most when it’s wet and cold. The fitness fanatics amongst us acknowledge that we should provide the same good quality and different sessions to like minded people all year round with the use of good indoor venue’s from September onwards. So just because the Summer is fading you still have the rest of the year to achieve your goals and dream about those amazing Summer runs or training in a park somewhere because they will be back.
