Willpower Training’s fitness classes Eastbourne run all year round with indoor venues for the dark, wet and cold months and lovely outdoor venues for the summertime.
All our fitness classes are fun, friendly and of course will get you the results you’re looking for whether it’s to lose weight or tone your body.
We run 11 sessions a week covering early mornings, lunch times and the evenings so there is a fitness class for everybody at a time that suits you.
Further, everybody that attends any of our Eastbourne fitness classes will automatically go into our 4 weekly draw with the prize being unlimited FREE fitness classes for a 4 week period.
So whether you’re looking for a fast paced circuit style session, a technical strength based TRX session or just looking to vent some anger and develop some boxing skills with our BoxFit sessions, we are confident that we have something for all ages and abilities.
